Application for studying in Switzerland

Please submit your application in person at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong.

The following documents are required:

•  3 national (visa D) application forms (duly completed and signed)
•  4 recent passport photos (35x45 mm)
•  valid passport and 2 copies of biodata pages in passport (validity of at least twelve months)
•  Hong Kong ID and 2 copies thereof
•  2 copies of birth certificate
•  original guarantee letter from parents/sponsor plus 1 copy thereof
•  original bank statements of the last three months plus 2 copies thereof
•  2 copies of passports and HK IDs of parents
•  2 copies of curriculum vitae
•  2 copies of school certificates / diplomas
•  2 copies of recent IELTS-test or TOEFL
•  2 copies of letter of admission to the school in Switzerland
•  2 copies of receipt of fee paid to the school in Switzerland

Remarks:

• All documents must be in English or a Swiss official language.
  
• Please be aware that only complete applications will be accepted.
  
• No medical report is required.
  
• No interview is required.
  
• Additional documents may be requested by the Consulate General of Switzerland at any time.
  
• No fast visa is applicable. Processing your application may take between 8 and 12 weeks.
  
• A non-refundable charge has to be paid in cash when applying.
  
• Visa application procedure is simple, 99.9% can get visa approval.
